Where to find my ticket?

I recently send a contact form to the support.
Then I received both two days ago and yesterday a response that my tickets had been answered and I should go check them out on the help center. Where is that?
Also they send this link: help.kingdoms.travian.com but I don't know where to go from there...

Any tips?

It tells me instantly when I open the page, that my session has expired and I need to log in again. But I am logged in...and there is no button that allows me to log in..

YES! I see it now. But when I click on it, no tickets are shown...as dutchdarky_COM has pointed out, his tickets have gotten deleted after two days - I think I might have the same problem..so I guess, I'll reopen the ticket..thanks for the help anyway!
