Found 2nd village with 90 pop?

Hello, sorry if this is a dumb question but is it possible to found 2nd village with only 90 pop and still in beginners period?
Theres a player on my server that just did that, and his 2nd vilage is with 70 pop already..
Is it any kind of hack?

No hack, it's totally possible. you can have everything you need to settle with about ~50 pop or less, kinda depends on how much you want so sacrifice/demolish.

I just find it really curious some player sitll in beginners protection, without farming, on a normal server with 70 pop be able to get residence to 10 and the 3 settlers so fast. Makes me think it was not legal.

In the other hand it will be amazing for me to farm him when im out of my beginners protection.

You don't need to get residence to 10, just 5... 5->10 is done by the quest reward.
you need to wait a while to get the settlers, but this should be the fastest way to get your 2nd village overall.

i'd doubt that anybody playing a speedsettle tactic, is an easy prey^^

This is completely possible and valid. Theres a guide on how to settle your 2nd village within 24 hours but huge sacrifices has to be made. Governor. Second village in 24 hours
