I thought that I could only have ONE active treasure, but I have just read at the wiki, I can have more active treasures the half of the number of my villages +1, Is that true?
since how many villages, because if I have 2, the half +1 should be 2 treasures, but it doesn´t works.

This information was accurate in the old kingdom/alliance-system. currently you get 1 treasury at the start and one additional every 4k treasures in your kingdom. in addition every newly appointed duke will have one additional treasury. you can appoint another duke every expansion you get (up to 4)

Thank you Diogle, thats what I knew, but the wiki says different now, and that was my doubt. and now it says I can have 7 dukes, it might have changed?

That information is only accurate on the old servers, once the few servers still going on with that system end all servers move to the new system of 4 dukes
