hero training idea

  • hi again

as we all know most defensive players decide to place the attribute points of there hero on resource field instead of strength , this leaves them vulnerable and they can even die from a single adventure at a full health or lose most of their health, so basically the player doesn't have the opportunity to get his hero experience to level up

so i wanna suggest a training ground where ur hero can level up steadily as long as his staying in the village for a specific amount of resources this way at least we help defensive players hero to get exp while they are siting in their village

  • as we all know most defensive players decide to place the attribute points of there hero on resource field instead of strength

    this is not true

You can use the book to change the parameters of the hero before sending it to the adventure.

Your proposal is difficult to implement, and this is important only at the initial stage of the game, when the hero are low lvl.

The game has a lot of mistakes that developers can not fix for many years, and you create an infinite number of topics, hoping that they will be able to add something new

  • i am a defensive player and i place all my heroes attribute points on resources as it will benefit me a lot on the long run especially on normal servers where the resource production per hour is shit compared to speed server...

if i am not mistaken when they first implemented the hero idea in travian legend , we were able to train our heroes for a specific amount of resources...

so what do u suggest me do .. see all the things which this game desperately needs and decide to not talk about it ? or taken another 10 years break hoping that developers can add new features to the game?? this game is more than 12 years old and we haven't seen any major feature added except the kingdom and hero concept within 12 years .. no mater how many times i hear that this is separate game from travian legends i wont believe it , its so similar to the original game

  • In their defence ....... Kingdoms is a much different game than it was 10 years ago, the basics are the same, but the game itself is a lot more dynamic.
With most of the game changing action being decided mid game in this version, rather than a big sim to the end, you & your troops are kept busy throughout

keep the new ideas flowing, but maybe experience a full server before giving critque ;)

  • Just my personal opinion,

Even playing deff, at the beggining, I think it is much better to give most of the points to strength, doing this you will be able to kill animals on oases and also to clear robber hideouts faster, so your hero will level up faster and you will have more points to put into resources, having at the same time a strong hero.

But maybe developers could think on additional ways to level your hero... why not?

Average player proud to be part of BM

  • every 5 level we MUST be able to reset our heroes attribute !!!! plus the hero should get a full health when he levels up !!!!!!! ... hero is too squishy and before people tell me u get gears from adventure , well good luck with that.. i have done over 60 adventures all i got is shitty drops

  • The answer is reasonably simple, put points in fighting strength and keep your troops to a minimum.

How does this help resources you may ask?

You see those robber camps which you have to waste troops on?? the amount of troops they have is based on how many troops you own. Your hero can clear these solo if you've put points in strength and then send the troops in after to loot it.
Your hero will also take minimal damage from adventures also.

6 points in resource in the first 2 levels is plenty, all the rest of your points go into fighting strength.
This solves the hero experience issue also, as robber camps are exactly what you are asking for: a heroes training ground.

Also at early levels I would recommend killing your hero when his health is at ~10% or less on a robber camp and just reviving him. This is a much more efficient way of getting full health than using ointments.

    Hope this helps ;)

Edited once, last by Bigheaded#EN: clarification on troop counts for robbers. Definitely current number of troops and not amount trained. Just takes ~2 days for robbers to realise that you have no troops ().

  • Another thing: If you are able to train your hero for ress you can spend your points on ress production. But you have to spend the additional production to train your hero. So you are back at the start again.
And off players/kings/dukes will benefit more because they have more ress available. So the def player will be left behind again.

my solution solves this as off players will be forced to use troops early on in the game to clear robber hideouts.
You are clearly ahead if you spend a MAXIMUM of 1 point in 4 on res and the other 3 in fighting strength. Reviving the hero in the early game costs less than 1k of each, robbers will give far more that and if you attack first with hero then follow up with troops to raid the resources/treasures.

Also, sell all of these ointments i'm telling you to not use and purchase a weapon if you don't have one (anything will do as we're interested in the fighting strength, if it boosts a unit you use then that's a plus). All armour will work, i personally use the regen one. The -damage with regen is probably the best one to have. Ideally use a shield, although these are usually expensive, so you may decide it's better to sell it if you find one. Helmet can be regen also until you're at village 4-5 and need to make significant numbers of troops (then switch to cavalry/warrior helms)
