I have paid for Travian plus for the whole server length. Several benefits that should be availabe aren;t, such as parsing and extendid start up farm list, mine is restricted to 10.
Please tell me if I am betting it and if not can I have a refund?

Startup farmlist is always max 10 entries but you can make 100 new ones with 100 entries(travian plus feature) and notice that small line dividing startup and plus farmlists.
So That is not reason for refund -
Where is the list you have highlighted?

Go in to the rally point -> Farm list -> upper right corner (new farm list) press the +. enter a name of the new farm list. done
