I attacked an Oasis 25/1 with over 2,000 troops more than 3 days ago and they still have yet to complete the attack or return to my village. What can I do to get them back?

Check ur Rally point, you might have sent them as a reinforcement instead of attack. If they arent there check ur battle reports, they migh have gotten killed while attacking.

They're still consuming resources and it's an attack

Its probably a bug......there is a bug when you attack an oasis that belongs to a kingdom that either no longer exists or does not have an active treasury.

Do do you know how I can get them back or to kill them?

Yes, sorry...should have included that in my initial post......just click "?" in upper right hand corner to contact support.....they will fix it.....if its unavailable, like you say check back in a few hours....or periodically til it available.
