Very serious lag issues on com2nx3

    I'm on com2nx3 right now and I understand how frustrating these issues are. I also want them gone as quickly as possible but sometimes it takes a bit more than expected. Still, I forwarded this to our technical team again and hopefully the situation will improve very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

    More transparency and detail with these issues would be good, giving more of an actual time frame to when it will be fixed rather than "it takes a bit more than expected." I understand there is nothing you can do, but please feedback that their customer service is awful with these sort of things and managing their customers expectations would be well worth their time in order to not annoy us.

    I'm sorry my previous post is not very detailed but unfortunately at the moment I don't have any new/other information than the explanation in the previous post - due to the high number of attacks during these time frames, they're sometimes not counted properly towards the achievement. Sadly we don't have an ETA for the fix yet but we'll let you know as soon as we have one.

  • I think they need to shut the server down for a few hours and fix it properly, otherwise everyone is just flaffing about and constantly re-loading pages......for nothing!

    The communication (lack of) has been, shall we say, .......disappointing - to say the least

    My point was not directed at you as I know you're merely a messenger and can only provide us with information they give you. My point was that they need to provide us with more information about what is causing the issue and exactly what is taking them so long to come up with a solution. From what I gather lagging on servers is not a new thing and was the whole reason they launched 2 separate speed servers at the same time. Surely then they should have more resources, i.e. staff to get lagging issues sorted asap if they are so aware of them?


    Is there a contact email that we can contact to try and get more information and actually lodge a complaint with the right person?
