Very serious lag issues on com2nx3

  • Hi, I just have the following problem on the COM1NX3. My treasury is credited to the opponent according to the royal covenant. I would be interested in how the whole thing is solved, since the losses are already significant And the whole thing is slowly piling up. (Attacks, tributes + treasures of approx. 36 hours, chattered buildings which could have been prevented if you had seen the attacks, the same if troops were lost) lg Abraxas

    some tickets to this problem are opened. That problem is now over 2 days (since kingdom merge) and kill the moral of every gov who get destroyed or lost his troops because of missing warnings inside kingdom borders! Sitters can only see incoming attacks if they are logged in the whole time in all accs.

    same issue we face in Com2nx3!! Territory of the vice king given to another kingdom, He can’t collect tributes and we don’t see the attacks on the members on that missing territory!!!

    This is a real thing, and it's so weird. His treasury is inside of our borders (which obviously shouldn't be happening) and I (as the duke of the enemy kingdom) can't collect their tributes neither. Its some bug which is pretty confusing to be honest. Hope it gets resolved soon

    I'm sorry we don't have any updates for you yet but I'll keep you posted as soon as we have new information.

  • * Today the in game conversation in com2nx3 has stopped working.

    I couldn't open chat to any of the players.


    *Even though my third village is close to the second duke's treasury village, the stolen goods get sold to the first Duke's treasury village close to my capital. On selling it shows resources will arrive in 14 min but on clicking the merchants take 2 hrs to reach my third village from my first Duke's treasury village.


    *Even though I have good internet connection and though I can stream Youtube videos in 1080p without buffering, the com2nx3 server shows a red "poor internet connectivity" symbol.


    Please help developers.

  • God, it's lagging so hard. Less and less fun to play.

    1. After two kingdoms union there is wrong amount of crop counted for selling stolen goods. Can't sell cuz it leads to big crop losses then.

    2. So much lags with displaying player name, player village and so on in reports. It' impossible to understand what's going on without multiple extra actions.

    3. A little bit not logical intra-game windows behavior: some useful windows are closing and not reopening after clicking deeper.

  • When they said *Birthday Bash* I did not think they meant they would bash the game up so badly it was unplayable!!!

    I thought it would be a fun party, a place to get away from the trials of virus restrictions.

    How wrong I was <X

  • It would be good to fix the mistakes. No more gold is lost on a birthday server, I just waste my money

    There is a 2 hour difference in time,

    no chet

    Slow

    and error in the map


    They delete a lot, enough of the mistakes!

    - No game data refresh to server F5 button get lame (c:

    - Weekly prestige, 4 windows instead of 1 (1 showing actual info, others are empty)

    - Collected free cards (at least that is what the community challenge suggests) are not usable, I keep getting the pay 1 gold popup.

    Why you are not doing anything about this lagging problem. We are not stupid , we are paying here and we are buying gold for fun. but now we can not play . and not today we are waiting solution for 10 days.

    why you accepted too many player at the same server. Inform us if you will not solve we will delete all .
