When you launch an attack against someone that takes three hours to land at 1 AM (and the truce begins at 2 AM), the attack will go on for one hour, and then "pause" for the duration of the night truce, and carry on again after the night truce for the remaining two hours and land. Would that be a possibility?
Giving the defender an 8 hours for defense analysis and defense coordination is pretty imba.
but should we really sacrifice sleep to achieve that?
Sitter or duals? Russia alone has 11 different timezones ranging from UTC+2 to UTC+12, not hard finding a sitter there. Similar, in EU you can get sitters from USA / Russia for instance. Or just find someone who is staying up late. Especially with the attack notifications it's really not hard to get yourself defended without needing to sacrifice sleep. You just need to put in some organisation work for it.
