Today I wanted to reduce population of inactive villages using same oases that I want to use but it said they are banned so I can't attack.
They are inactive and taking more share from oases
I can't use catapults to change this because they are banned.
So wouldn't it be quite functional if those villages were ceasing to use oases automatically once they are inactive

Well if the oasis is outside of the kingdom borders then troops would make no difference.
And this banned player, may have a city 1 square away from this oasis, now this player must settle village(s) closer to the oasis just to compete with a banned player.
