ok we all buy gold...i dont want them to be perma banned.But 10% pop is a joke.They can punish them w/o making them quit the round.They can add penalty for no training troops for X amouth the time combined with unable to attack for the same time.But not 24h...Atleast 72 or even more.And afcorse while they cant attack or train troops they can be attack or recive def.It's fair punishment.

You told cheaters dont get banned cos they buy gold.So i am telling you they dont need to perma ban them so they get punish.It's a win win situation for everyone with abit harsh punishments.They still gonna play and donate so admins will be good.They will not gonna cheat again since they will be afraid of the punishment.We will be happy cos we gonna play fair. But again the punishment need to be harsh not that joke 10% pop reduce....

no no, not at all. Some improvements has been already done. Some weeks ago. Forum admins deleting all the posts pointing to the cheating in one specific community. Well, yes. Perhaps not the best way how to solve the problem, but you have to admit: "If nobody see it, didn't happen!"

Many good and smart players already quit the game. I'm on my way too. Last time I played in 2019 and it was bad - we reported kingdom that was using scripts to send attacks multiple times and it was soooo obvious, but nothing was done. Situation is even worse in 2022.
10% population penalty is not even a joke - it's absolutely disrespectful towards fair players.

And BTW, I played Travian first time in 2006 or 2007. No heroes (or even commanders), alliances, no bots/scripts, multihunter in the middle of the map on each server, artifacts. It was a good game and good times.
Nowadays you buy gold, you cheat and maximum you get as a punishment is 10% population penalty. Pathetic. Money rules this game.

I assure you we care and we want to do the right thing here, but sometimes doing the right thing is not doing exactly what the players expect or the way you expect it.
There are many things internally that cannot be talked about, but I assure you that right now this issue is center stage in all our internal discussions.
The only thing I can ask for now is patience.
Over the last year we had lots of different issues that came up, exploits, that we had to give immediate attention and we closed them so they are not an issue any longer. That deviated our attention from other things we wanted to do, but the good thing is that the exploits are now closed.
Then we did some other changes that were important and were creating issues, like vacation and menhir, both now nerfed.
Now, if no other issue comes up, we understand the bigger issue the community feels needs attention is the fight against cheats.
We are giving it the attention it deserves, but, as other issues already shown, we need time to find the best long term solutions.
I am very confident we will get there.
This isn't that hard really. Properly punish the players caught using multis its a simple policy change, need 0 lines of code just implement it. We have been patient, very fucking patient, the patience and goodwill is starting to run out.

But for them it's hard. It's their revenue they are losing 
They are afraid of losing their gold income from the cheaters, as it's a steady one that probably won't change.
Instead of working on attracting new players, new potential gold buyers, they rather destroy the game from the inside.

This is my 3th server x3 i started in a row.And guess what...Again multis.Sad part is even if they ban some of them they punish them with stupid 10%pop loss and 24h ban...so kingdom that have 80-100 ppl now play with more then 200.And they dont even farm them only.They produce def units from those multis that are send as reinforsment deffence.I Beg admins atleast when you ban someone for 24h for multing pls perma ban the farms.This is getting out of control.I dont wanna share all the chats ppl admit that travian is a game where if you dont use multi's you got no chance's and the multi accounts are actualy more then the real players.Idk what admins need to discuss so much when for last 6 months this is way out of control and no1 takes actions...
God those admins...atleast 5 threats on forum about cheaters and abusers and they dont even want to answer....HELLO ADMINS DO YOU GONNA TAKE ANY ACTION?

The only things they will do:
1) delete the posts and say it's per the GDPR
2) Say you have to report it via the SRC
3) Do absolutely nothing about it.
The issue is not only with the new accounts, it's mainly the 1-2 accounts that are gaining the most out of these farms..
