King and vice king power

In my opinion, the king should be allowed to degrade dukes, but the kingdom should not lose VP. Because if one of the dukes stops playing, he can then be replaced without losing VP. However, I think there should be a limit to changing dukes after union of kingdoms. Let's say 1-2 changes and that's it. Anyone can have an accident, something will happen to him in his private life and stop playing. The kingdom should not lose out VP.

Hey, Im Hythlodaeus from TITANIC. This is very sad to read. I hope this will get an adjustment.
Very sad when hard work and great teamwork can be thrown away by the power of one player on a bad day.
At least the other King should have to approve the decision, or not lose VP and restrict the amount of Duke changes like rafal92f suggested.

or with an checklist of which are allowed and not, just like with SS info sharing and sitter privileges.
