Hi, I have a question about troops training 
what is the best barracks level for a secondary village to train troops 24/7 nonstop (same question for a city) (NPC didn't count)?
Are there any benefits on max leveling barracks in a secondary village at this point?

Let's take pha as an example
pha training consumption: 85 w 100 c 50 i ( clay is all that matter since we are not talking abt NPC )
as a normal village, you have 3k resource production that's mean you can maximum train 30/h => 30x24=720/day
it will take you only 9h:24min with barracks lvl20 to train 720 which mean your barracks will be AFK for 15h meanwhile when your barracks at lvl 11 it will take you 24h:12min which mean a full day barracks nonstop
I made some calcul and I'm not sure if I'm missing something pls tell me
Answer to your question depends on village type and troop you want to train.
Your calculations are correct, For a 4536 village and phalanx answer is level 14.
You will get 2500 clay in 2 hours and training 25 phalanx in level 14 barracks take about 2 hours. (or 7500 clay and 75 phalanx in speed)
But level 20 is better
I mean if you have multiple secondary villages (which you gonna have anyway) it's better to push res to one of them and train @20 rather than training @11~14 in both of them.
It's easier to manage sending and taking troops
It's a bit cheaper:
making 2 level 12 barracks + 2 level 20 smithy + 2 upgrade cost = 1726k
making 1 level 20 barracks + 1 level 20 smithy + 1 upgrade cost = 1459k
