Please, may I encourage you to inform the Help Center?
It is the right way to reach the devs and get this looked into.
But please, in the ticket to the Help Center give some specifics, account/s involved and game round so they know where to look.
Sending messages in mass on the forum, specially without specifics, is not going to accomplish anything.
With some data I can forward it to the team, but again, you accomplish the same faster by writing to the Help Center.
PS: I have merged all the messages into a single thread since they are all about the same issue.
