Slower game server question

  • I considering Travian Kingdoms as too exhauting game for longer time for normal people (i have this conlusion after every game).

    I have an idea that the game would be more bearable if it slowed it down enough that leaving the day does not ruin the economy and does not stress the player. I wonder how it would go if we released the servers at x0.1?

    The game would then be for several years and players would have a chance to do something else in everyday life.

    Someone tested the game at this speed?

  • At 0.1x a regular support village would only produce 225 crop per hour and a total of 600 total resources per hour. Considering the fact that you would have around 400 pop when you get to that point, the only villages worth settling would be croppers. Also, endgame hammers would be 20k troops at most, and clearing a natarian village and the ww village would be a formidable challenge. Your best bet would be to just level up your capital and have no troops until you get an attack on you, then build all the troops you need to defend that attack, then suicide what is left. The stolen goods from robber hideouts would be quite likely more than half of your total income. It would be different, but I don't know if it would be playable.

    So, why don't they increase the amount of resources gained since in kingdoms the serve is very different (100 people on 1 server, 50 afk, 10 looting, etc)

    or the same as with hammer you can not sleep? why? what is the grace of not being able to sleep? why not increase the amount of cereals per hour? what is the joke of 3 people on 1 account? who gets the award? Who do we congratulate? Why does the double room and double stable come out both if this is not travian legends, why is it the same, why x3 and not x2?

    Why is there so much difference between a duke and a king and the governors (we are not worth anything)? Why does an offensive have to pay troops x3 when a defender with 20 villages has 20 barracks? What is the grace of waiting 40 hours for a construction that does not exist at all? And why are there stupidly expensive buildings? just to deposit 50 troops in another oasis because the treasury keeps the bonus, and you paying 1,000,000 of materials for nothing

    all those stupid things are the same in travian legends, they see it differently but it's the same.

    The only different thing I see is that they are based on travian legends, when there are no people here, not that amount of villages, not that amount of resources, etc.

    and if you want slower servers, you have infinite private servers, obviously I can not say anything else, but look for private servers, you will find it

  • I see the point of having longer gameworlds, but, the issue would be that too many players would not want to commit for that long into a single gameworld.


    It is more likely that what Diogle says is the norm, players seem to prefer faster gameworlds.


    I myself prefer the longer the better, but I, as you it seems Majamas, am in a very very small minority.
