the servers Trick and Treat are unplayable, full of bug

Ready to settle 2nd village 24 hours ago... cant talk to no one to join a kingdom... will not settle and will not pass 200 pop... was going to purchase some gold... not anymore

Restart the servers... not working, going to and not even the tutorial works????

Right now I don't have any more information to give.

In some sense we are as surprise as you are that the measures we took previous to the game world starting have not worked as expected.

So now we are investigating the best course of action and, hopefully, a fix so we all can enjoy the game worlds to the full as soon as possible.

my alliance withdraws, it's ridiculous to play like that

There is nothing else to say, tried again this morning, only difference for me is that I'm using a different finger to re-fresh constantly, my toes are beginning to worry!

3 days and still doesnt work properly??? If you dont restart the servers, this will be a joke...

I know it has not been ideal, but I am happy to say that right now I have been playing without any issue at all. So there is light at the end of the tunnel.

So the work the devs have done in the background is bearing fruit.

They are still monitoring the situation and will keep doing so in the foreseeable future.

why test is lagging?

please fix Treat server, 4 days and still lagging. Im tired of clicking 10 times to do one stuff. Finish emidietly is faster to wait then to click. Also app is bugging as hell, can't even play

You don't need to refresh, that takes longer.

If you are patient and just let it do it's thing, it takes longer that we would want it to take, but it does it faster than refreshing the whole thing.

What an embarrassing performance by the TK team. You don't even care anymore to update us on the "progress" you guys are making. You were preparing the round for the last months, the only things you came up with were the cosmetics and the additional bundles on how to f**** take more money out of us. Great job Tk team. The server is been broken since the first day, today we are at day 4 and except for the working 12 hours period, nothing changed. The chats are still not working, inviting a player is impossible, picking up tributes takes ages and all queues, finished buildings, attacks, withdraws get stuck at 00:00:00 unless you refresh 30x the browser.

And I am not even mentioning the app. What a shitshow. GJ TK team, you made the decision to switch to the new LOTR game a lot easier. Download it, take a look how a functioning app should work. Maybe even offer their developers a part-time job in your team, they might be able to fix the 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 things your developers are not able to get working after all these years.
