Treasury Banned

    Hi,


    A king has a treasury on and his account is currenly banned.


    I'm unable to cata that treasury and his kingdoms borders are overflowing mine ;(


    What should I do now ? When I can cata that treaury in order to expand my kingdom?


    And why banned player can't just dissapear or atleast deactive the treasury for better game going please for active / fair players ?!

    I am sorry you have to deal with that situation ^^


    We cannot comment in the forum regarding in game accounts.


    I would advice you to let the Help Center know regarding the issue, I am not sure they will be able to help you out much, since every player has a right to deal with the case and has a time frame to be able to do it.


    But at least they will be able to watch it and try to ensure the issue doesn't extend over too long.

    Well, I submited a private ticket 12 hours ago and got none reply yet


    Anyway, a player get banned for a reason. And If you really believe in your anti-cheat system, you should do something about it.


    Like in this stiuation, a banned treasury should be deactived. A player getting banned must be disadventage for himself. Not like this, the way treasury village still activating / immune from attack just making all other active players disadventage. That's just bad logical.

    How is it an accusation if you are merely stating the fact that someone is banned?

    He isn't saying "oh X is cheating but they don't want to ban him blablabla".
