Option to add Ukraine flag to your avatar

    I'm not sure if this is allowed, but here goes anyway ...... It's been on my mind for a couple of weeks & Since TG have already announced they stand in solidarity with the Ukraine., I figured it's worth a shot.


    After learning that a lot of Ukraine players have used the Russian flag on their avatars in the past & because that really isn't an appropriate option anymore. I would like to propose adding a "Ukraine flag" as a flag option ingame.

    I know many Countries don't have their own National flag & choose to play on the International flag and the Ukrainians also have this option.

    But I feel adding this would be a way for TK team to show their support towards the people of Ukraine & also act as a lasting tribute for those who are suffering or have lost their homes, family & friends during this devastating War.

    It could also be used by others in the community to show their support for the Ukrainian people too, it's a small thing, but it would show we care & "stand with Ukraine" without it being political.


    Please don't use this thread as an excuse to spread hate or political propaganda , lets keep it respectful

    I suggest to change the Russian server flags to Ukraine - Russian flags.

    The Kingdom UKRAINE will start in Russian comX3 March 29. The goal of Kingdom UKRAINE is not to win the server, but just defend their territory from any players in the Russian server. Since we, in the kingdom of UKRAINE want to be left alone with our own land.

    I understand with the current situation that it is a difficult subject, but, I want to state the obvious.


    The flags we use are linked to the language, not the country.


    As an example, Austria doesn't have a flag, they use the German flag.

    None of the Latin American countries have a flag, they have to use the Spanish flag, and so on.


    So the RU flag is there due to the language, not the country. There are many Russian speaking people in the world that don't live in Russia, thanks to the old Soviet Union.


    I hope you understand the reason why it is the way it is.

    Thank you Cаpitol Hill and Qwr that could be some suggestion, I will talk about it with the team.


    First there will be a need to see if there are enough players to warrant that action... please note that there are many languages in the world that we don't cover because there is not enough player base to be able to do so.


    But, it can be considered as a long term plan... when the current sad situation ends... one way or another... since first we have to be able to see that the time invested would be for the benefit of enough players in the community.


    So, although I am not saying no, I am saying it would be difficult to contemplate that action right now.

    I think moving forwards though it is something that should be strongly considered.

    There are over 43 million people in the Ukraine (so a similar size to Spain) That's a huge potential customer base for TK, that could be offended in the future if they are offered a Russian flag after everything that has happened.

    Maybe a lot do speak Russian, but after this War I doubt any would consider themselves Russian, they are Ukrainian & they need their identity to be as visible as possible, especially now

    If they wait long enough, there wont even be a Ukraine left sadly.

    Yeah, but I don't think the ES domain is there just because of Spain, there are over 580 million Spanish speaking people in the world, not sure the actual order, but English, Chinese and Spanish are the 3 most spoken languages in the world, since the almost the whole of South and Central America speak Spanish.


    But yes, it will be considered.
