Usually every ticket will be answered within 24 hours. In the most cases you get a quicker answer.
You can send me the ticket number via private message and I will take a look where it is hiding.

It is not the travian kingdoms that gives you money, but your bank. You write a request to the bank and 99% of them return to you. And Visa or MasterCard are already dealing with travian gmbh.

If you spent the gold, they won't give it back. (I've had this confirmed in the past.) You'd have to have a very smart bank.
