Just because you make a list means very little nor does it mean everyone on it is cheating. You most likely are correct on some you accuse but definitely not 100% on all.

I did a pdf of more 50 pages with all the attacks of one guy using bot for 3 weeks and an excel with the times, the result was 3 weeks farming with an average of 24 FUCKING SECONDS between attacks.

And our new spanish CM (who has 0 experience on travian) just banned him with 12 h suspended account as advertise.

A lot of foreing kingdoms are invading spanish speed servers to abuse our CM with 0 experience. First Russians then italians and some com kingdoms to farm their wings with 0 prestige. We saw reports farming these kingdoms with 1k clubs every 2 hours without loses.

Now we have some arab players on ES2 with his arab wing with 0 prestige, (we put 1 troop at multiaccounts villages to see how they farm with 1k clubs at day 14 and stealing 100k ress every 4h) after a lot of tickets our CM decide to contest without copypaste to tell us that our print images can be modified with photoshop.... After two weeks doing tickets with more print pants 5 multiaccounts with 0 prestige were banned but not the guys who steal the ressources. And now after a month CM banned the first arab main account.

Another guy posted a capture of map travian on forum embassy. A mistake cause he forget to turn off his bot and we reported him, he was suspended account for 12 h without penalties.

And ... yes, on spanish servers if you use bot you will get a 12h suspended account as advertise. WORDS of our CM.

Am I right in that during a ceasefire attacks are not supposed to take place? I'm being attacked regularly during this time

During ceasefire people should only be able to “visit” a location. Not attack or raid.

So where did I say you were wrong on all of them?

Gave you credit, guess thats not good enough?

I also stand by what I said...Not everyone you assume to be cheating, will be cheating.

So I can't help wondering if Travian Games slowed down the conversion of players to inactive status during this time. I can image someone being off line for a day or two then not being able to get back on for 3 days during the outage. How long does a player have to be offline before being marked inactive?

3 days if under 100 pop, 7 days for 100 pop and more

It seems to me there were so many ways this could have been handled better. I am to understand the company h?ad no contigency plan for a Ddos attack. Poor management.

The moment this was discovered the entire organization should have been mobilized. All the servers stopped or immediately put in ceasefire. Why did that take so long? When it ended everyone should have gotten 20-30 gold as a thank you for sticking around. Turn this thing into an event where all the players support you. Yes, it would have cost some gold, maybe a lot, But I suspect long range you will lose more sales as a result of this. You have a least lost goodwill.

I think when this settles down some contingency planning is in order.

Look I'm just going to come out and say what every one else is really thinking. This couldn't have come at a worse time. last night was Aunty Grandma's hair appointment and Wednesday nite bingo. That means 6 hours of Travian date night for me and Betty, well 5 hours and 45 minutes since it takes 15 minutes to inflate Betty, but she worth it trust me (side note does Betty count as a Dual? I didn't register her and I don't want to get my account banned).

Anyways we finally got the basement all to ourselves with out Aunty Grandma interrupting to ask if we needed cheesy poofs or if the pads on the bed needed to be changed and boom! DDos attack. I mean pure hell, have you ever tried to have a conversation with 6 feet of polypropylene (thats right I like quality in my women)? so we decided to smoke a little to take the edge of things and now, my fiance and dual is a pile of Ash! and amazon is saying 3 weeks for a new delivery because of supply chain problems! come on Travian, get it together!

Great! now even the game currency is not credited to the account after payment

While there was a truce, the game worked fine, the truce ended and it is impossible to get into the game, again.
Is it related somehow?

Brosqq thank you for sharing your feedback here. Yes, we normally give out compensation including Gold and other items when there were issues from our side and after we fixed them. But with these kind of attacks, we a) don't know when the attackers stop with it and b) don't want to encourage others from doing the same in hopes of getting a compensation.

AlexanderAM Maybe there is a delay. Is your bought Gold now in your account? If not, please write a ticket to the Help Center with the category "Payment issue".
