I have access to BBash 1, it works perfectly. BBash 2 is not available.

The ddown2 server has been down since around 15. At 12:01 there were problems too.

UPDATE: We had some attacks coming in again at 11:00 am CEST. And now, BBash2 is under attack again. We are working on it and hope to find a solution shortly.
Brosqq thank you for sharing your feedback here. Yes, we normally give out compensation including Gold and other items when there were issues from our side and after we fixed them. But with these kind of attacks, we a) don't know when the attackers stop with it and b) don't want to encourage others from doing the same in hopes of getting a compensation.
AlexanderAM Maybe there is a delay. Is your bought Gold now in your account? If not, please write a ticket to the Help Center with the category "Payment issue".
