5 Ideas we would like to get commented by devs

  • From TK discord
    Fix menhir res please, make it non farmable.
    Make it so that random emails cannot be set as duals/sitters.

    Avatar must have a permanent criminal history, If you have been banned on one server, your history should not be cleared on another server. + Give avatar a permanent "donkey" hat

    Better map mark system for secret societies.

  • Make kingdom robbers goods steal only available by hero atack, no raid. And block possibility atacks on kingdom robbers by 48 hours after switching kingdom. Today is popular exploit by creating few multiacount kingdoms and switching by one or few players between them to collect all goods.

  • Limit Menhir only from 6-444 to 6-444, and keep all the fields. (No resource to farm)


    Harsher punishments for multi accounts. (Remove them from server, They can start fresh.)


    Robbers: Stolen goods can be taken only with hero attack. (Just like treasures.)

  • Rules and Penalties


    - Repeat offenses in each game are penalized more severely. In TravianKingdoms, this is server-based and this should change. Players must have a criminal history, a player who has been punished for a crime twice on a server should not start a new server with a clean background. If he commits a crime on the server he just started, it should be taken as his 3rd crime, not his first crime.


    - A player has been penalized 4 or more times on a server. A permanent ban should be imposed after a certain number of penalties.


    - One of the most popular crimes of today is insulting and someone who insults in the game only gets a chat restriction. I've seen players get 10 chat restrictions on a server, crimes should be increased for insults, population penalties should be given for insults made more than once, and perma bans should be given for severe insults.


    - Avatars registered to the game with random mails are added to real players as duals and sitters. The sole purpose of these avatars is to allow some people to have access to the accounts of all kingdom members. (This event is against the rules of the game.)


    - There are players who loot the resources added to the inventory after the menhir. This should be restricted.


    - Accounts called "friends" should be banned from giving someone millions of resources. (A rule like that one account cannot be used for the benefit of another account would be great.)


    - There is an abuse of feeding soldiers in the banned villages. TravianGames admitted it as a cheat 5 years ago, but sometimes there are still people who use it. When an account is banned, all supports in that village should be sent back.


    - Due to innovations, new vulnerabilities appear in the game and some players abuse them. Players using these vulnerabilities should not be allowed to play that server any longer. (Like taxe abuse)


    - Many game vulnerabilities were quietly removed, players who used it for years were not penalized. You should at least notify us players once the vulnerabilities have been removed. (There was such a bug in the game, we noticed that players were abusing it and we fixed it as of now.)



    Improvements to Game Mechanics


    - A warning system like in kingdoms when we want to attack players in secret societies.


    - Colored marks made in secret societies are not visible, this must be corrected.


    - Improvements to things like Marketplace and auctions that allow us to see bids from our own kingdom's friends


    - Speech titles opened in kingdoms and societies can be removed by kings and society founders.


    - Stolen goods in bandit camps can only be taken by attack, as in bandit hideouts.


    - Bandit camps mostly appear in areas with 7 fields. Players don't know much about the benefits of 7-field fields, but really, 7-field fields are actually quite productive. So it would be better for bandit camps to spawn in 6 fields rather than 7 fields.


    - Vacation mode isn't using for its purpose. It is used by players who want to avoid being attacked. Why is there a vacation mode when there is already an dual and sister system in the game? It has been changed 4 times because it is used for abuse against its real purpose.


    - The game has no ads for new players ?


    I'm not saying that what I wrote should definitely come to the game, I just want the developer and the person who is the most authoritative of the game to come and give feedbacks : we're working on X, Y is a good idea and we will make it better, Z will disrupt the balance of the game so we will not do such a thing ...

    This is nonsense. They spawn in all uneven tiles. Doesnt matter if 6 or 7 crop.

  • 1] Fully fix menhir (by either method already mentioned above)

    or lose menhir totally, as it is the most abused feature in the game now.


    2] Make it that "zero prestige" players cannot be added as dual/sitter also that they can't have dual sitter added to their account (add a "view only" option instead for new accounts, so that sitter checks can happen & advice given for genuine newbies) also make it that "zero prestige" players cannot be King or Duke (an account should have finished a server before becoming a Royal)


    3] Give an option to add flag markers to all members in a Secret society (to avoid friendly fire at start-up)


    4] Give an option to expand Rally Point to 10 actions if required (especially for checking 50-60 incomings attacks on a single village)


    5] Improve CSR section, (add another CSR if required) so that tickets checks happen several times a day (rather than just once a day)

  • 1 > Change menhir (+ lootable menhir piles)

    2 > People who are not playing a round can be setup as dual to send multiple ops for multiple people.... if you play an account you should send yourself. Adding to this fix the weird emails being added as dual to control accounts....


    3 > Punishments cant be harsh enough, you cheat > you're a loser who deserves to be punished... why not a time penalty? 7 days free ban cooldown period... good luck catching up. Also keep track of banned players across servers and punish them more harsh every ban... 4 bans on 1 round is just ridiculous


    4 > CSR should be checking tickets more often... especially during server launches there almost should be a 'live' team. Now you basically have 1 free day to whatever you want before tickets are read. -> CSR usual check times during start of BBash was 11:30 - 12:00.... so from serverstart 14:00 you had till 11:30 next day to do whatever you wanted.


    5 > Camps can only be taken with hero and attack.

    BONUS 6 > Limit the amount of res you can steal from 1 player.... 1 'friend' giving out millions of res to kingdom players is suspicious.


    BONUS 7 > Why can 0.5-1 offers be accepted during first week of a server but you cant send res to others? -> Only allow 1:1 offers first week.

  • My most important upgrades for TK in priority order are


    1. Harsher punishments as this newest one is not harsh enough if you can get banned and punished 4 times in one server.

    + Avatar must have a permanent criminal history, If you have been banned on one server, your history should not be cleared on another server.
    2. Change menhir so that you can only menhir to tile that has same layout as your existing village excluding 9&15c and keep your res field levels.


    3. Make it so that random emails cannot be set as duals/sitters.


    4. More CSR activity as cheaters can now do damage to to those who play fair before they are punished as TK does not revive/compensate those who get hit by cheat hammers.


    5. Camps can only be taken with hero and attack.

  • 1. When night truce starts on the server my CPU cooler go brrr


    2. Village overview tabs need rework. Managing 20villas is tedious.


    3. Second healing tent affects capacity but not healing speed. How come?


    4. Tigers are weaker than crocodiles, therefore crocodiles should be second from right, not third.


    5. I want to be able to build a statue of me in my capital. It would do nothing and cost a lot. I want it.

  • Robber camps: make it possible to check who destroyed waves after camp is destroyed.


    Restricting camps to be taken only by hero is unnecessary overkill.

    Problem is that even if you have some rules for camps in a kingdom, they are unenforcable, as you are not able to check who broke them without sitter checking everyone in the kingdom. Just give us option to easily enforce rules if we want to have them in a kingdom.

    This demotivates active players. We (LITA) want our top players to get as much camps as possible. And if someone who logs in 2 times per day cries about getting no camps - well we simply don't want him getting any camps :)
    So please leave this decision to the kingdom, we will take care of it. no need to enforce any stupid rules on us.

    My own wishes:

    1. Harsher punishments for cheating and clarity in punishments. I don't want to hear about client privacy. If you are allowed to display "The player has been banned", I'm sure you can add "Multihunter has found this player to be doing X violation"... or just add "This character has been banned X times: Y times for multiaccount, Z times for script usage" to the avatar description. Let these bans have some value. like Tiitana said, "Criminal history" needed.

    2. Rebalance troops for X3 speed. ( RE: Defensive stats balance for troops in X3 speed )

    That't it. But I also agree with everything th0mm said except his #5. Seems like this guy spent the most time actually thinking about this.

    You didn't get the point, it would avoid greedy players to split their off to take every camps while others cannot.
    Nobody is inferior than others.
    You (LITA) maybe think that only 24on7 players are important, us(everyone else) think that we played enough to see that it would be an internal war avoided.

    20% of players do 80% impact. It is only fair that more active players get more goods.

    - You can get it from the bandit hideout without the hero. You should get it from the bandit camp as well. So getting a bandit camp without a hero is correct for now. You want the bandit camps to be limited. In fact, if you want it to come out in a shorter time, it will be more beneficial for everyone and more binding to the game. This increases the probability of everyone capturing the camps, and the more raw materials they get, the more fun they get from the game.

    - Another thing I find most ridiculous is that there are more soldiers in the camps in their second wave. In fact, sometimes 3rd wave soldiers can be more than first wave soldiers.     It leaves soldiers for the next wave, sorry to tell you.
    Otherwise there wouldn't be more soldiers in the second wave, be logical ^^

    If you want any change you can ask. otherwise I don't think it's necessary to question others here.
