Sea Monster has to free 666 trapped Troops.

Note: You don't have to free 666 troops, but there have to be 666+ Troops in the traps. So if you attack someone with 666 trapped units and only 500 are rescued. It also counts.

Do you have news about skull mask? Tosiek said it's about killing our hero with that mask but I tried suicide on animals and didn't work

The text of the Achievement has some hints in it. I would say it's not about killing the hero but destroying something else.

60 levels of walls or buildings?

Well it works with walls. Not sure if other buildings count too. Havent tried that.
