I had one party in both and attacked the town hall last with hero and catas.
I m not sure , which of those components are crucial, but im pretty sure, at least the target village has to have an active party.

Probably, since you are crushing the party, it should be in the village... But to be sure, do a party in boths villages

From my experience, you can do any kind of achievement with any kind of troobs or buildings. Doesnt matter if your own, friend of foe. But you have to fullfill the conditions of course.

That's how we got quite a few medals so far together.

He and I killed 120 walllevels together of my village for the skullachievement.

We also killed my village to check for the Clown, but I forgot to make a party in it (few days ago).

Well, you cant just destroy the village by itself, since you need catapults for it too work. But unless i had some serious daydreaming going, it doesnt matter who the destroyed village belongs too. At least it doesnt for the game.

so you settle a village, bring main building and academy to 10 (with other necessary buildings to do that), than town hall...party on both village then start to demolish with main building and last attack with catas and hero with mask...
Have I undestand?

That would be the easiest way, yes.
As mentioned i dont know the exact conditions.
But my guess would be, you need a party in your targeted village and you need to do the last attack with clown masked hero.
