So what do you guys think about a new helmet that reduces the catas / ram creation time?

Helmet for Catas / Rams

its an interesting idea, can you tell me a bit more about it?
-
this would have value only for off player, so what will you give deff player to make it balanced out?
-
Fealty system (that is coming in 2023 i suppose) has workshop training time reduction.

This has been brought up a couple times before. It is a bad idea.

why do think that?

Deff player already have more advantages, even the first aid thing is way more usefull for def player

They got the healing tent, which is way more powerful for def players. They can have one on every village and bring back 40% of their losses quickly and cheaply, also, the tent doesn't heal siege weapons. So this might actually balance out.

Both offense and defense have a shared value in that healing tent. You are right it leans better for the defense but the tent is also the first big ticket item that actually became that plus for those defending. That helped to bring some balance between the 2. Cats are just to powerful a tool to just hand some back cheaply.

Cats alone are worthless, and the fact is defense is much easier and stronger than offense, as a gameplay and in general. You have to train offensive troops in a single village, feed them there, pay 3x the price for the great barrack and stable. And the tent made it even worse, sure off players can use it but you need a slot to build the tent, which come at a premium on an offensive village. Def players don't have such problems. This is the reason why nothing happens for months in modern servers, large kingdoms defenses are impenetrable. If offensive players could compete with defensive ones (at equivalent level of experience and gold spent) the game would me much more interesting.
