With the game mechanics of Kingdoms you will never have a tie.
It's an impossible scenario for a game that has never had a tie.
Just like when sending out attacks kingdom wide and many players are sending.
2 players somewhere on the map will click that button to hit a target at the same time but only one gets there first.
How does that happen? It is how the game is coded so only a developer could really give us the technical answer.
