    I'd like to share with you one more time the website I created for Travian Kingdoms.


    Travian Kingdoms Tools


    It offers various tools to help you play the game.


    Most noticeable tools are :


      Farm Finder
      Crop Finder
      Treasure Finder
      Smithy Calculator
      and more...



    Feel free to report bugs and ask for new features.

  • I would love to se a features that allow us to search for inactive players at the farm finder.
    As it is now we can search for villages thats great but sometimes at later game we aint upgrading our biggest villages so that means that farm finder show us fals inactivity.


    So a feature that allows us to search for the whole players activity and not only the village would be great

    It's the activity of the player, not the village, so you search for villages of inactive players :)

    I agree, the fan-site costs a lot (just in time or money, for the host itself), just find another way to fund your hosting.


    By the way ... it's boring to have Adblock on this site to block intrusive ads ...

  • The farm finder would be much better if it had few more filters. Sometimes i would like to filter out all the farms with less than x pop. It would also be nice to have the max pop gained over x days reach up to 7 days so the players are more likely to be really inactive.


    Other than that it's really sweet, much faster to add farms than from getter.

    Travian kingdoms currently does not have any API to create such tool known as animal finder.

    I don't think that 4 ads on the entire website is intrusive. I know ads are annoying but it's for the website itself.


    By the time I created the website there was no such rules as "Your site must not contain advertising in any form (e.g. Google ads, banner advertisings, pop-up windows)". Or maybe i didn't see it. And if I'd know about it i wouldn't have invested those long hours of coding into it.


    Short story, I'm currently unemployed. And I can't afford to pay the website. Those 4 ads can just sustain the website.


    If you really want me to remove them, please contact me at ngnsup@gmail.com but in result I would have to take my website down.

  • I am unemployed too, and I can afford hosting a website (it's around 50€ / year for me) on my own money (for max 2000 unique connexion per day).


    I don't know your situation, but the fan-site policy was released on march 9th 2015. It's quite a while ago.


    You'd better take those ads out - to avoid your api registration being cancelled (this might happen, or not, I don't know), and think a bit more about "how to finance" your tool.


    Since we started mine - finally! - some weeks ago, we made a huge reflexion about the money required to afford a good hosting (which would be around 250€/month, estimated), and we found a solution :
    - creating an association which will pay for hosting the tool,
    - and having players being able to "donate" - to this association for maintaining the site.


    So, like that, since it's not "making the players pay for using the tool", it's following the rules ;)


    By the way, if you want to, we will be able to take your project alongside ours - and you might join the team if you want to

  • I think I created my website before this Fan Site Policy was created.


    I was not sure about donations, but as you tell me they are allowed I will remove the ads and add a donation button as soon as possible.

  • What I'd like to see in some tool, is basically what travian.ws used to show. Villages that switched owner (got conquered/resettled) per alliance, including the alliances they went to. The api should allow for that if you use some logic to compare current and previous maps.


    Also, an easy GUI to do offense planning that getter does, but by dragging offense villages into enemy vils (selectable per alliance or something) instead of having to type everything in. Bonus points if it includes all the calculations that getter does (arrival time/send time, countdown, etc).

  • We have that on the way, personnally.
    It'll be quite long to place it online - we are working on security levels at the moment - but we are planning that (not only for villages history and evolution, but also an overview of map evolution ;) ).

  • To complete his statement: It's not possible with legal methods. Of course you can write a bot or use a script that scans for animals or use other illegal ways. But they're against the game rules, the corresponding tools illegal and their usage bannable.

    Indeed. But why? I'd much rather effort was put into scanning for cheats who use bots for other purposes and, of course, the smarter multi accounters.

  • Don't worry, they're very consistent in their efforts of "scanning for cheats". They don't do anything unless something was reported and even then, usually not much. It's why cheating is so rampant.
