Hey there, I know it's frustrating. They are working diligently at this moment to address the underlying issues. No details, but I do know that they are currently addressing it and working on it.

Yes, I have also gone in and tested it out again. Occasionally I get the 404 issue. It seems like the map issue was there when I first opened it, but it kind of cleared itself.
Still getting 404 on Google Chrome.
Are you getting it consistently? I've seen it kind of intermittently, but it seems like an F5 is enough to clear it typically.
Alright - I've gotten the word that everything should be running again and that the issue has been resolved. I don't have any further issue than that. Just that's it has been resolved.
Can you all please do me a big favor and test it out and report back if everything is looking functional again?

That's what I'm noticing as well. The map doesn't seem very friendly. Are you able to do troop movements at all? Through the Rally Point?
Ope, just got the 404 on BBash2.
But it was only for a moment... a refresh seemed to address it.

Thanks guys! I got on the Forum to see these messages after I received the message that Tech Support was working on the issue. They are actively monitoring the issue it seems and are responding in real time to restore access while looking for the cause.

Does the issue seem to be resolved? I'm not having any issues currently on BBash1 or BBash2. How does it look for all of you?
Maybe a ddos attack on the server?
There is no indication of that at all.
Thanks everyone for the responses. I'm also experiencing the same issues. I've been told that Tech Support is currently investigating the issue and why it is re-occurring. I will let you know as soon as there is an update to share.
Friends say that it is stable on iOS, and not on Windows.
For me it works very slowly on Windows. Strong delays.
And some people will lose res
It works for couple of minutes then it doesnt and repeat work/doesnt work.

The Help Center endeavors to answer all questions within 24 hours. Please have a little patience with them. Make sure that your ticket has all the required fields filled with as much detail as possible. They will respond shortly, I'm sure.
The Help Center and the Forum are managed by two different groups, so we are unable to see your ticket and they don't monitor the Forum.
