This is going to be ridiculous game is not working most of the time... support is not doing anything at all and now you cant by gold.... You can spend money but no coins is applied and best support can do is blame DDOS.... i am out of here... !

What's going to happen now, what do we have to rely on? Here we go again for hours without any answers. Even on the free services you get information continuously, here you don't get it at all.

We do care about our players a lot! And most of our players don't even pay money to play our game. I understand that you need a place to let go off your frustration and it's okay to do so here in the forum. What's not okay is attacking my team and accusing us of not caring for our players. We also care for you
If you think you are banned unfairly, please share your points in an answer to the ticket you got. Our customer service team will check your case again. Please don't open a new ticket, because it would take longer and information might get lost.
How nicely and kindly said. It really looks good when you said it but reality is completely different. You have problems OK we can understand that. But You never ever compensate anyone losses. You never admit to be wrong. We dont get any information even if they are mostly - well I dont trust You.
From other side i am playing Travian for last 15 years and believe me i have seen it all. But this was is happening to bash2 right now and how you deal with it its so WRONG !
People spending money, and time, often spending hours in game build troops, helping each other, knowing new people, getting friendship over the game. And this is why we all love it. But when you cant log in to game because of You fault, when people loosing their hard work (troops ) in unfair attacks, when others cant sent help in time... well thats ALL WRONG - You said you care PROOF IT ! Make take all people wants to play again... bring them armies back or pay for their time and money... You have many options available - NO instead Your are decided to NOT TAKE ANY RESPOSOBILITY for game play and your customer LOSE !!!!
AND YOU LIE ALL THE TIME YOU ARE... this is so disappointing

I have never seen a post yet where the banned player actually admits he did something wrong.
It is amazing how EVERYONE is banned for no reason.
Get a grip, you all know cheating is going on in this game and to cry about it and make yourselves look innocent only works for your close friends and the new players who do not know you yet.
If you dont want banned, play within the rules, pick your sitter wisely and never dual with a known cheat.
Imagine grown adults having to cheat in a simple browser game to make themselves appear to be great.
Then when busted, throw a tantrum like a 2 year old because they got caught.
What we see a lot of is those same people who like to cheat, parade around the forums and discord like they are superstars and the best at Travian.
Play within the rules and lets see how good you really are.
i got banned twice and yes it was my fault. People make mistakes so what problem is with a case of MH being GOD here. They dont listen, knows better but when YOU proof them wrong they just ignore You or mute You. And this is SAD about this game.
