You could go with it like the Horse Drinking Trough, a certain percentage at level 10, 15 & 20.

I can't say on the percentage though, maybe 25% maxed out...

Same here, i cant seem to login using my existing account on the app. I have cleared the cache many times and reinstalled the app many times on 2 different phones running Android 9. This only happens when i click the green Login button. I have not tried to login using the other 3 methods however.
