I thought so too but recently on COM1 did not work, the governor did not get kicked out.
It happened both with a governor outside kingdom's borders and with a duke with an active treasure.
In both cases the king was the attacker.
I am not big on screen shots, but this was a duke.

As said above I use my friendlist in order to be able to show my online status only to trusted friends, for all the others I do not show such thing.
Thanks for your feedback, but what I meant is actual individual messages to more players.
Kings and dukes sometimes have to check with every single player for communications. Being able to see who reads the message and who does not I believe is important, and at the moment is possible to do only with a great use of time. Having the SS and Kingdom chats helps to give these communications but it does not let you know who reads it.
I would like to ask if you see the app version to be upgraded in the near future.
I would like to propose an improvement of the chat system.
As of now if I want to send a private message to more than one player it is tedious and long, let alone when I want to send that message to the whole kingdom or secret society. Is it possible to implement such thing? Being able to send a private message with multiple recipients? Or even have the option to send such private message to the whole kingdom or to a Secret Society?

You mean that we can't do NPC from other res to crop only? Or that we cannot NPC crop into other res as well?

That is a good idea, limiting the number of players in a kingdom and making robber camps thougher and thougher to kill as the number of players in the kingdom increases (not only more waves but more troops per wave). And the same should go with WWs, the higher is the number of the players the stronger are the natarian waves.
Obviously this would help only for the case of a "single kingdom" meta, but the problem is when the meta is made with a lot of smaller kingdoms that acts as wings. As suggested in another topic I'd suggest that troops and res can be send to the WWs only from players of the kingdom that holds such WW. And just in general, reinforcements to other kingdom's players should be limited a lot, or maybe even eliminated.
