I heard servers should be announced soon - i guess next week? That would be two or three weeks before actual start, that could work.

Join a new server in early February if you want to get a challenge, i hope a lot of great teams will be there, small and big. Russian community is one of the best in this game, so I hope you will consider joining there on early February.
I want the end of the round to be no later than June, if we start in February, we will finish in July
