    No, they should simply change the rule of kingdom to ALLIANCE(being invited and accepted invite to join kingdom) and cancel same TERRITORY protection ! Basicly they need to do same as is on legends. If in same alliance (kingdom) you can't chief for x days, if not you can chief right away, even it's in same territory.

    So i tried to chief ENEMY village that was on border of our and ENEMY kingdom ! It was nice 1700 pop city, so i prepared 10 chiefs to chief it in 1 go, but imagine what when i came there, i got report that he was member of MY ALLIANCE in last 3 days ?!?!?!?! This guy was in ENEMY alliance from start ! So than i ask and it seems if he's in your territory that counts as he's in same alliance ?!?!?!?!?! Where's logic in this ? So this means that some governor can be member of some other alliance, deny tributes to me and i can't chief his village for 3 days after king attacks him ?!?!?! Also as was situation here, where i was king too ... you fight over territory, have more influence than they do over their villages, now you should attack this player 1st so that he gets into ENEMY territory where ENEMY kings gets tributes from his villages for free and gets stronger + you give them 3 days to prepare for chiefs ?



    Same ALLIANCE means, king invited him in, he was part of KINGDOM, not just some random dude in same territory !



    Besides if someone's trying to chief my village and doesn't take it in 1 go, all i need to do is plant in his kingdom and it gives me 3 days to prepare for chiefs ...



    Anyone else sees no logic in this ?


    EDIT: checked report and it actualy says: The defender was in your kingdom within the last 3 days. but you get what i meant ...

    Well it's simple and no different as with other tribes, upgrade fields, avoid losing units and geting farmed. Maybe it's little harder with Romans as units are more expencive and is little harder to deffend yourselfe, so i'd suggest dodge early attacks, and make production, later start farming inactives and thats it..

    Well i played it for a few, but since it was 1x speed not for long :) However i feel it takes even more time from you, as you need to farm alot to get crop ... also since there's too much time involved into upgrading crops, you need ALOT more gold to hurry other things, or you're behind fast, not for me :)

    No, influence wouldn't be solution, as people would be spread around "randomly", so those spawned closer to ww would have advantage. Maybe chiefs could be unlocked together with ww's ?


    Only other thing to change would be to get natar villages away, so they couldn't be chiefed. Other player villages couldn't be chiefed as all would be capital villages. Maybe for start, they could just add 1mio units to natarian villages, those on 15c i mean, so they'd be basicly undefitable...

    we've talked about this already or better to say i've mentioned it already :)


    So the idea is, to disable settlers and senators/chiefs so each player can have ONLY SPAWN village and that's it, no new villages no chiefing etc. While this system would be unplayable on legends, i think it'd fit perfectly to kingdoms, why ?


    1st of all, with current system kings recive tributes, governers hideouts/camps and dukes little of each, so there's bonus production which you don't get in legends and can make playing one city little lighter. Than next thing there is, teams would be much smaller, governors would have to work with their kings and vice versa, because there would be no gain if you try to help "enemy" kingdom, because it'd be impossible to join them (you would have to make some changes, that player can be in another kingdom than his area one only if he/she is duke), teams would be much much smaller, there'd be much more action around, because it's ww number is limited, and there'd be much more kingdoms wanting to get ww, so you'll have to deal with some before they arrive etc., players would have to work together even more than they do now, we all know, that in most kingdoms there're 5-10 active people doing everything, while other 100 is just "playing" ....


    Anyway i think such server shouldn't be too hard to start, maybe as next test server ? So we all can see where it'll bring us, but at least in my opinion it'd make game less boring and more fun for all

    you want someone to send raids for you too ? It's abuse ?! Really ?! NOTHING in Travian is free ! You need to scout your targets, or risk geting your units killed ! It's WAR game !!! They should remove grey villages in old day (maybe still on legends, didn't play there for few years) you had to follow people to see who went inactive, not just wait when they'll turn grey !!! Lazy people !

    I wonder why there's no option, no i want faster, more dynamic servers ?!


    And please STOP making Travian grinding game !!!!! You have ALOT of grinding games to play, from farmville to klondike ...


    Travian has become too much grinding over the years already, we need to make it more dynamic again, remove grey villages, force people to fight, deffend etc ... not just build build build ....

    currently you can speak whatever language is convenient to you ingame, as long as it isn't insulting and/or in violation with §6. Netiquette of the game rules :) As many of you wish for English only game worlds, I'll forward your wish to the game center and make sure it will be considered :)

    Well problem with this "whatever" language is, that english speaking, no matter if english is your 1st language or 3rd ... can't get that game expirience as can players from other domains, they have national servers + international, so if communication is big issue to them they can still play national server, and not deal with cyrillic or arabic (nothing against this languages, it's just i don't understand them), and delete the game just because no one around them speaks english or any other language they speak (i speak 5) !

    Yes, those are national servers, .com is international server so it has all available languages.


    On top of that, even alot of nations doesn't have their own language server, it's SAD, there is NO english ONLY server ! And now us that don't have our mother language server/translation need to play on international and deal with cyrilic, people speaking all other languages but english, and basicly can't enjoy ANY server, because there're always language barriers ! I guess same goes for english speaking nations ...

    Yep, and than when we debate here, @Georgi comes and tells us that people need to speak english, and we should report if they don't. Than you report russian, which refuses to answer in english, and guess what, nothing happens :D

    even i was among 1st ones to say this task needs to be available before 2nd village one, i kinda changed my mind. Too many people (governors) go for fast 2nd village and delete their spawn nowdays, and this ain't what this game was meant to be. People should be forced to buildup their spawn village before going for 2nd one, so that kings can get some tributes from them, it's total game changer for king if you get 2 governors that rush 2nd village, or you get 2 that build up resource fields.


    Anyway either put that task behind the one for 2nd village, or change it's prize and don't give culture points for it.

    Simple question, why'd i go to war with someone, and than let them rebuild after i defeat them, just so they can hit me back or they help another kingdom hit me after they rebuild and maybe my kingdom gets some new loses ? + If my kingdom defeats other kingdom, i want free resources from other kingdom, to rebuild army !


    Stop with this silly ideas to make this game total simcity please, those grey(inactive) villages doing enough damage to the game already !

    I'm sad where you brought this game, from constantly changing rules, mechanics of game etc., you made this game unplayable ! Game keeps disconnecting, you don't get notifications prompt anymore, but you get them after you refresh for 200th time maybe, 5h after you sent units ! You don't see incoming attacks, even you're online if you don't refresh the game every minute ! In general, game is no fun and has become unplayable !


    You had/have test server to test things out and see if it works or it doesn't, but hey you decided to STOP using test server, but rather decided to install new (big) updates on real servers, or start new servers with new functions which weren't tested properly ! I'm glad i stoped paying money to this game years ago, and don't think i'll buy gold here ever again !
