I'm not sure if this is right or not...

For founding a new village, The game says "You may settle here. To settle, you need 3 Settlers, enough culture points as well as a free expansion slot."

As far as I know. All of those are met. I'm attaching a screenshot for reference.

Is there something I'm missing for getting a new village?

How does someone change their hero's home village?

I sent my hero to my new village, but didn't see any way to make that the home village.
