I am sorry. I am unable to help you. During tutorial I click like my life depends on it, too. Although, I click in the middle of village where there are no buildings.
Now it is late, but in the future, while still in the tutorial and this happens go to lobby and delete server. It will delete instantly and you can start again right away.

You do not need to make village capital to build palace in it, you only need to destroy palace if you have it in another village. So:
Village 1 : Palace level 20 >>> Made V2, V3, V4. Demolished palace (residence is optional to build. Build it only if there is possibility that village will get chiefed)
Village 2 : Built a palace >>> Upgrade to level 20 >>> make 3 more villages.

If you enter wrong password several times, you get "kind of" banned.
Be careful who knows your emails.
This happened to one of my former teammate. Enemies knew his email, so they entered it with wrong password, and bum, he got banned.
I think changing your email might solve this. Anyway, be careful with whom you share your email.

But the thing is, the troop I sent died. So in order to get the achievement your attack must end up with red sword report.

There was enemy union. Viceking could not abdicate, so he deleted his account.
So kindom looked something like this
Few days before server's end, remaining king kicked out everyone from the kingdom and disbanded kingdom.
So they were not disbanded automatically. Sorry for misinformation.
But I think If both king and viceking deletes, kingdom will fall.

In order to delete, kings need to abdicate.False. King in an union cannot abdicate. He can only delete his account. This happened to us some time ago.
