When my king is a noob, that's doesn't need long time to be define ... I denied as soon as possible the tribute.
In BP that's allow a real king, nearly to replace the bad king. In fact only bad kings, and unexperimeted king are seem's not happy with this fact ...
In another hand I would like a limitation for king ... No king before 3 gold star ... that's will help to avoid this kind a bad Ideas !
