In large kingdoms having 7-8 farmers hitting 12 robber camps each with TT + TS can make it difficult for many others to get to camps.
This can be solved internally, each kingdom can decide its own rules.
...or, it could be solved by TK setting some kind of limitations, like make attack on robber camps only possible with hero, or setting a maximum number of camps that can be hit by any player.
Then, more active players can get some goods from camps.

Or allow them to keep their weakest account.

This is so annoying, getting returned to lobby 6-7-8 times to get into my account. And then again as sitter...
Everybody seems to be experiencing this, it's some sort of bug.

I agree.
A countdown would indeed help too: maybe no farming for the first x days?
Or, if an account is attacked more than x times as soon as BP ends, BP for that account could be reinstated and extended to 250 pop. It would make multi farming more time consuming.
Another idea would be to mark accounts as inactive if they are not gaining in pop and if they are attacked for more than x times (with no casualties) by the same player within a timeframe.

Delaying launch for a server your customers are begging for? Wow. This makes no sense no matter how you look at it. Especially from a business perspective.
- 5 large kingdoms intend to participate in the next com; We are probably talking about thousands of players currently waiting to join the next com;
- Hundreds of players plan to buy gold on the next com; why on earth would they delay selling more gold?
- Normal speed players will not play on the special x5 servers. Speed players will start com1x3 on 22, some of these will play the x5 too. So, they have lots of choice, one x3 and 2 x5.
- Where will normal speed players go for the next month and a half?
- Bandwith is cheap now, same as server colocation. A full server like this would easily break even, even if they needed to expand their capacity, so I don't think this is about technical limitations.
Making your customers angry is an interesting marketing approach.

How about if you shrink everything, all the requirements? If a normal server takes about 150 days and you want a server that takes 75 days, you would half all requirements, all costs.
Also add a Great Workshop for more oomph...

This is similar to a situation involving an car accident where they accuse the victim. Sometimes it's not the victim's fault, but it's just easier that way. In this case, you are blaming the victims who usually are newer players, or those coming to play alone, who have no friends in game, those who don't come in pre-made metas, those coming to try and learn the game or looking for some single player fun. Do we want to encourage them to come? If so, the game should be less punitive with things that are outside of player control, especially for new players.
In any situation where there's a rule and consequence for one side (as governor you should pick carefully; if not - then), there should be a symmetrical rule and consequence for the other side (as king you should be active; if not - then)

I agree, there should be a rule such as 'a player that goes inactive while being king will be unable to play as king again for a number of X servers'
